He is an attorney-at-law graduated from the Argentine Catholic University in 1989.

Since 1982, he rendered services in several areas of the General Customs Directorate where he held various positions of a legal nature, such as attorney-in-fact of the Judicial Division; attorney-counselor of the Division of Legal Affairs of the Domestic Affairs Secretariat and attorney-at-law of the Tax Case Division of the Division of Legal Affairs.

Moreover, he performed operational services as Shift Manager, Baggage Control, in Ezeiza Customshouse, Deputy Chief of Inspection Departmen, Head of external Research, Control and Procedures of the Directorate of Customs control until 2000 when he began to render private services. These positions allowed him to acquire useful knowledge related to export controls and valuation of goods and under-billing analysis. Moreover, he participated in numerous investigations for alleged Dumping.

He has been Tax Law Professor at the Instituto de Capacitación Aduanera and Customs Law Professor in the Programa de Especialización de Abogados de Empresa, Escuela de Abogacía de Buenos Aires. At present he is a professor in Customs Regime at the postgrade course of International Businesses at the Economic Sciences School of the Argentine Catholic University. Furthermore, he is a Professor in "Legal Aspects of Foreign Trade" – at Fundación Standard Bank. He has been annually invited to speak at Austral and Belgrano Universities. He has been Coordinator and Professor at the course of Curso de Profundización en Derecho y Gestión Aduanera organized by the Argentine Catholic University in Mar del Plata.

He has been a speaker at several Seminars and Conferences and has published numerous articels on topics of his specialty.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of Argentine Institute of Custom Studies.
