He is an attorney-at-law graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires in 1974.

From 1979, he was a member of the panel of lawyers of the Argentine Customs, acting as counsel for the Judicial Division of the Department of Legal Matters. He was a lawyer of the Legal Division of the Domestic Affairs Secretariat until his resignation in 1992, a period during which he represented the Argentine Customs before several jurisdictional and administrative bodies.

In the private sector, he has hold the position as Legal Manager of "Activa AFJP S.A." and its successor, "Activa Anticipar AFJP", acting also as President of the Legal Committee of the Chamber of Retirement and Pension Fund Managers. He has also acted as Manager of Legal Matters and Human Resources for BANCO MARIVA S.A. and its related companies.

En la actualidad brinda asesoramiento a diversas empresas en las áreas de su especialidad, con orientación en derecho aduanero y corporativo.

At present, he is advising several companies in customs and corporate law matters.

He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Argentine Institute of Custom Studies.
